Two teenage boys were stabbed in Stoke Newington last night (Tuesday).
The youths, aged 16 and 18, were taken to an east London hospital by ambulance crews, and a police spokesman described their conditions as “stable”.
He added officers “retain an open mind at this early stage on the circumstances of the incident”, which happened just after 8pm in Amhurst Road near the junction of Rectory Road.
Witnesses, or anyone with information, should call police on 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
There have been no arrests so far.
A severely epileptic boy and his family were evicted from their home and split up last week due to bureaucratic rules – despite pleas from medical staff warning that the move could cause him to suffer life-threatening fits.
