This week’s podcast previews West Ham United’s trip to Arsenal in the Premier League and a packed Bank Holiday weekend in the National League

On this week’s East London Football podcast, Ned Keating is joined by George Sessions, Lee Power and Jacob Ranson to reflect on another week in east London football.

West Ham head to Arsenal looking for their first points of the Premier League season after losing 2-1 at home to Bournemouth last Saturday.

Leyton Orient, meanwhile, will bid to continue their unbeaten start to the new term over a busy Bank Holiday weekend, having beaten Boreham Wood 1-0 last Saturday. Dagenham & Redbridge are also in action twice this weekend off the back of a 2-1 loss at Halifax Town last time out.

All this, plus a look ahead to the FA Cup preliminary round which sees Bostik North clubs enter the competition, is on this week’s East London Football podcast.

As ever, you can follow the show on Twitter (@elfpodcast) and you can subscribe to the show using whichever podcast catcher you sho choose.
