West Ham United are back in FA Cup this weekend when they visit League One leaders Wigan Athletic in the fourth round, before hosting Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Tuesday.

Last Saturday, David Moyes’ Hammers played out a 1-1 draw at home to Bournemouth in the Premier League.

Dagenham & Redbridge, meanwhile, host their annual ‘Daggers Against Racism Day’ when they welcome Solihull Moors in the National League this weekend.

John Still’s side turned in a turgid display last Saturday, with Daggers going down 2-1 at Sutton United in front of the BT Sport cameras.

Leyton Orient are also at home as they welcome title challengers Aldershot Town to Brisbane Road, before visiting Halifax Town on Tuesday.

There was disappointment for Justin Edinburgh and his O’s last Saturday as their trip scheduled trip to the Shaymen had to be postponed because of a frozen pitch.

All this, plus the latest non-league news, is discussed on this week’s East London Football podcast.

Ned Keating is joined by Archant London sports reporters Dave Evans, Jacob Ranson and George Sessions to give their take on another week in east London football.
