West Ham United ended their Premier League season with a 3-1 win at home to Everton, thanks to a brace from Manuel Lanzini, with Marko Arnautovic also netting.

It looks set to be a busy summer for the Hammers, however, after disposing of the services of boss David Moyes.

Leyton Orient and Dagenham & Redbridge, meanwhile, are already busy planning for the next National League campaign.

With the teams for the division now confirmed for next season, the east London pair can start to think about what next season holds for them.

All this, plus the latest from the Bostik North and below, is discussed on the final East London Football podcast of the season.
