A 13-year-old girl robbed five people and attempted to mug three more in Hackney.
The girl, who cannot be named due to her age, took phones from five different victims on May 26 last year.
The phones were worth a combined £3,000.
She also attempted to rob two other mobile phones and a pair of keys.
The girl, now aged 14, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday November 1.
She pleaded guilty to five counts of robbery, three counts of attempted robbery and one count of fraud by using a debit card belonging to one of the people she robbed.
Sentencing the teen, magistrate Lois Lacroix gave her a 12-month conditional discharge – meaning no further action will be taken but the girl will have a criminal record.
