Model Danielle Lineker joined residents for a fun-packed afternoon of games at Gillette Square in Dalston to encourage people to get playing games in the run up to the 2012 Olympics.
They had a go at playing table tennis, giant Jenga, and Frisbee tiddly winks.
Imogen Sherwood, community games co-ordinator said: “It was a fantastic day for families and the whole community to get together and play games and we really appreciate Danielle’s support in helping us to raise awareness of the work we do through our community projects.”
Olympic supplier Cadbury’s has joined forces with charity Groundwork to encourage people to make new friends and boost their well-being by playing games.
