Police have revealed the ages of two people killed in a house fire in Walthamstow, as their murder probe nears three weeks with no arrests. 

Two men aged 35 and 24 were pronounced dead at the scene of a fire in Forest Road on April 21. 

The London Fire Brigade's call centre received nine 999 calls reporting it, with the first coming in at 10.25pm. 

Firefighters spent almost two hours extinguishing the blaze, leaving the scene at 12.22am.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed on April 23 that they believe the fire was started deliberately.

“Two people’s lives have been cut short as a result of this fire and we are determined to find those responsible.

The victims have been identified and police are now supporting their families.
