A 24-year-old woman has been taken to hospital following a crash in Hackney.

The crash was reported to the Metropolitan Police shortly after 7.30pm on January 29.

Officers were dispatched to Mare Street with the London Ambulance Service, London Now reports, where a car and pedestrian had been involved in the incident.

The 24-year-old was found suffering injuries and was taken to hospital after being assessed.

A spokesperson for the Met has revealed her condition is not believed to be life-threatening or changing.

There have been no arrests.
