This husky was found wandering along Dalston Lane at 3am on Tuesday morning by Hackney’s animal welfare team.

The stray has now been placed in the kennels and the team are desperate for his owners to give them a ring.

Kelly Edmondson said: “He’s been microchipped but he’s not registered, which is a bit pointless really.

“We hope someone rings up for him because he hates being left alone. He’s so well behaved.”

The owners are being urged to call the Milllfield Road kennels on 020 8356 6688.
