Now in its 11th year, Field Day is bringing together an exceptional mix of artists and genres once more to an east London park.

Aphex Twin will be headlining Field Day’s brand-new second indoor main stage arena, The Barn, this Saturday (June 3) for a UK festival exclusive. He will playing an exclusive two-hour set in the hanger-like construction, which features a state-of-the-art high-powered sound system, and one of the most technologically advanced lighting rigs around.

Joining Aphex Twin will be an incredible wealth of talent, including Slowdive, fresh off the back of their incredible new comeback single, plus Flying Lotus, Moderat, Nicolas Jaar, Mura Masa, Death Grips, S U R V I V E, Whitney, Methyl Ethel, Kevin Morby, HAELOS, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, Julia Jacklin, Áine Cahill, Imarhan and Flamingods.

Sharing the top of the bill is American rap duo Run The Jewels, set to close the Eat Your Own Ears outdoor stage this year. They will be delivering their lightning quick, politically charged lyrics and colossal production on Saturday.

Field Day’s electronic line up includes pioneers like Silver Apples, Moodymann, Gaika, Forest Swords, Fatima Yamaha (live), Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Omar Souleyman and more.

DJ sets come courtesy of lauded producer Jon Hopkins, while other highlights set to take to the decks at this year’s festival include Midland, Nina Kraviz, Marcel Dettmann, Lena Willikens, Hunee, Jon Jobse and more.

Street Feast and Venn Street Market curate all things food, serving up some of London’s best street food and drinks throughout the day.

At Street Feast’s container pop-up, Club Mexicana bring tasty Mexican vegan dishes, meaty barbecue masters HotBox London serve up authentic smokes dishes, and Rola Wala deliver fresh Indian flavours.

Venn Street Market welcome London’s favourite late night pizza parlour Voodoo Ray’s, and The Cheese Truck bring the best of British cheese within everyones favourite festival staple, the toastie.

Further culinary highlights set for Field Day include Mother Clucker with their delicious fried chicken, award-winning plant-based meals from Wholefood Heaven, gooiest brownies from Bad Brownie and many more.

Revellers can be refreshed with top notch Prosecco, Italian whites, reds and rosé from Wino forever.

The Five Points Brewing Company have created their own Field Day Citrus Pale Ale, which will be available on-site, and they will be joined by other craft beer brewers from across the UK.

Village Mentality

Village Mentality returns to the Village Green, and this year the 2017 games will be themed around the idea of ‘doubles’.

Revellers will be invited to grab a partner and take part in a Tug of War, become a Human Double Decker, tie up for Twin Set 3 legged Racing, or back track in the Mirrored Relay Race.
