Cops want to speak to suspect who used sexual language in tirade

DETECTIVES have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with a verbal attack on a young girl at a popular Hoxton leisure centre.

The suspect, believed to be aged around 21, approached a 10-year-old girl at around 6.30pm at the Britannia Leisure Centre in Hyde Road on July 13 and spoke to her in an abusive way using sexual language.

Hackney Police have asked anyone with information about the man’s identity to call DC Kevin Ives on 020 7275 3439 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
