A judge paid tribute to the bravery of a nursery nurse who tried to protect her family with her dying breath, as he jailed her killer for 28 years on Tuesday.

Myles Williams, 19, showered his 26-day old baby daughter with the blood of her mother Kirsty Treloar, 20, as he stabbed her 29 times for being a ‘white bitch’ who was taking him for a fool.

Williams, of Pond Farm Estate, Millfields Road, Lower Clapton, also knifed Kirsty’s sister Gemma, 25, and brother Dean, 23, was stabbed in the chest after he tried to stop the attacker with a weightlifting bar.

As Williams dragged Kirsty, she gasped to her sister , “Gem, let me go,” fearing he would otherwise attack her family again.

Kirsty’s family sobbed in court as Judge Nicholas Cooke QC said: “That was designed to protect her family from further violence from Williams.

“It was courage of the highest order. It should not be forgotten.”

Williams smashed through a kitchen window before kicking in Kirsty’s bedroom door in the frenzied attack.

Violent and controlling Williams then bundled his dying girlfriend into the back of his mother’s Fiat Stilo on January 2, later dumping her body next to a bin in Ryder Mews, Homerton.

Judge Cook told Williams he represented an “exceptional danger” to any future female partner.

“That baby was left covered in blood, probably her mother’s blood. It is a terrible thing,” he said.

“You acted of a result of fury and panic.”

He said leaving Kirsty in the bin ‘heaped humiliation on brutality.’

“I have to pass a sentence which reflects the public revulsion at this brutal crime,” he added

Williams was convicted last month of Kirsty’s murder and wounding Dean and Gemma with intent. He was cleared of the attempted murder of Dean.
