Hackney police hunt flasher with red woolly hat and Staffie

Police are hunting a man who allegedly flashed at a woman in Stoke Newington.

The victim was walking her dog near Butterfield Green, in Allen Road, when she was approached by a man just before 9am on Sunday March 23.

The suspect, who is described as white, 170-180cm tall, of medium build and with a round face, shouted at her before exposing himself and then walked off towards the estate on the other side of the green.

He was wearing a red woolly hat, dark joggers and a dark rain coat, and had a Staffordshire bull terrier with him.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or can identify the suspect is asked to call Hackney’s community safety unit on 07500 850625, or to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
