A 23-year-old male was taken to hospital after being stabbed in Homerton yesterday in broad daylight.

Police were called at around 3.27pm to reports of a man being stabbed in Brooksbank Street.

The victim was taken to hospital, suffering from a single stab wound and remains in a stable condition.

Officers from Hackney CID are investigating.

No arrests have been made.
