Police are investigating an alleged rape in Stoke Newington.

The incident took place at in the early hours of Sunday June 29 at the bin area in Arbor Court, off Queen Elizabeth’s Walk next to Clissold Park.

A Met spokesman said: “Detectives from the Met’s sexual offences exploitation and child abuse command are investigating an allegation of rape of a woman.”

The crime scene was taped off from Monday morning until Tuesday.
