Hackney licensing officers have applied for Rolling Stock in Kingsland Road to have its premise licence reviewed on grounds of “prevention of crime and disorder”.

Father-of-two Zakaria, 26, had just left the venue at about 6.30am on November 24 when he tried to break up a fight outside and was knifed. He died in hospital hours later.

Last month police released CCTV of one of two men they want to speak to over the stabbing. An 18-year-old woman who was earlier arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.**

In the weeks after his death, friends of Zakaria raised almost £20,000 to pay for his funeral and support his wife and two children, aged four and two.
