A man arrested over the cyclist hit and run crash in Dalston has been released under investigation.
Scotland Yard said the 56-year-old woman remained critical after the crash at about 5.10pm on Tuesday.
She was hit by a rider on a “Specialized” electric-assisted bike as she tried to cross the road near the Rio Cinema.
The 30-year-old was arrested on Wednesday night in Islington after contacting police.
