A fifth teenager has been charged with the murder of Daniel Frederick in Stoke Newington.
The 17-year-old boy is set to appear at the Old Bailey today alongside the other four people accused of stabbing the 34-year-old father on the night of January 8.
Daniel was attacked in Shakspeare Walk, yards from his home on the Milton Gardens Estate, having attended a hospital check up for his pregnant partner.
The four others accused of killing him are Kacper Karasinski, 18, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Lower Clapton, another 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds – all of whom cannot be named for legal reasons.
A 26-year-old man who was held on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation, as has a 41-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
