Four men have been charged after the North London Derby yesterday at the Emirates.

Paul Wright, 41, of Talbot Place, Bexley, has been charged with a public order offence. He has been bailed, and is due to attend Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on December 31.

Meanwhile Averof Panteli, 57, of Borrowdale Drive in Norwich; Charlie Watts, 26, of Goldring Court in St Albans and Jason Gannon, 36, of Gargery Close, Gravesend have been charged with throwing a missile during the game.

The charges are believed to relate to an incident where a banana was thrown onto the pitch in an apparent racist slur towards Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

They have been bailed to attend Highbury Corner on December 18.

The charges relate to three separate incidents during the match. Police enquiries continue.

According to the Met, it made six arrests were made in relation to the game. Two other men have been released with no further action to be taken.
