Gang police investigating Amhurst Road stabbing that left 21-year-old in hospital

Gang police are investigating a stabbing near Hackney Downs yesterday afternoon that left a 21-year-old man in hospital.
Officers were called to Amhurst Road at 1pm and found the victim with knife injuries. He was taken to hospital by medics were he remains with injuries not said to be life-threatening.
The road was taped off between Shacklewell Lane and Downs Park Road while officers investigated.
No arrests have been made and the Met’s gang squad Trident has been called in over the attack.
