Officers are investigating an assault in Finsbury Park in the early hours of Wednesday morning (June 10).
Police were called to Gloucester Drive to reports of the assault at about 3:45am and attended to the victim, a 40-year-old man, together with the London Ambulance Service.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment for an eye injury which was “not serious”.
A police spokesman said: “Two men aged 45 and aged 27 - have been arrested in connection with this incident - both remain in custody.”
