Detectives investigating a robbery in Lower Clapton where the suspect knocked the victim unconscious in his own block of flats have released an e-fit of the suspect.
The 31-year old male victim returned home to Elderfield Road after a night out on Sunday April 1 at around 3am.
As he entered his block of flats he was approached by a man who tried to talk to him, before attacking him, injuring his face and knocking him unconscious.
When the victim woke up he discovered his pedal cycle and mobile phone had been stolen.
The suspect is described as a black man, aged 25 - 35 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall withlong black dreadlocks held back in a ponytail.
