Four women and a dog were attacked by a man within a matter of minutes of each other according to police.
The assaults happened yesterday around 2.50pm in Stoke Newington Church Street.
One woman had her phone knocked out of her hand which the suspect then stood on, a second woman was punched on the shoulder.
At the junction with Woodlea Road, the suspect kicked a third woman in the leg while with her two children and the fourth woman was punched in the face.
A dog being walked by its owner was then kicked.
The suspect, a black man, 5ft 9in and wearing a dark ‘beanie hat’, then walked off in the direction of Church Walk.
Police confirmed that none of the victims were seriously injured or required hospital treatment.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said no arrests have been made an enquiries are ongoing.
