Police appeal for witnesses to alleged Haggerston sexual assault

Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged sexual assault last month in Haggerston.
The victim was walking with her dog on Wednesday June around 6pm on Shrubland Road, near to the junction with Grand Union Crescent.
The suspect approached her and made repeated indecent requests and sexually assaulted her before she managed to escape.
Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area or may have any information which would help with their enquiries.
The suspect is described as a black man with a slim build in his mid-20s.
