Police search for man who allegedly knocked stranger unconscious on night out in Shoreditch

Police in Hackney are appealing for witnesses and information after a man enjoying a night out in Shoreditch was allegedly knocked out by a stranger.
The victim was out with friends on Friday July 6 just before 3.30am when the man assaulted him.
When the police arrived they found the man in a semi-conscious state, with a head injury.
The suspect is described as a white male aged early to mid-20s and of a slim build.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing black trousers, a light colored shirt and a black jacket.
