Hackney Police charge 16-year-old girl.
A TEENAGE girl has been charged after a gun and ammunition were found in a Haggerston home.
Officers from Operation Bantam, Hackney Police’s unit tackling gun crime, raided the property on Thursday night last week.
A 16-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and who was arrested at the address, was taken to an east London police station for questioning and later charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition.
