Two men arrested after alleged Mare Street bar stabbing

Two men have been arrested after a 25-year-old man was allegedly stabbed in a pub in Mare Street.
Police were called around 11.15pm to an address in Brenthouse Road, Homerton on Tuesday following reports of an injured man.
The man, who sustained injuries to his face and buttocks, was taken by the London Ambulance Service to an East London hospital.
His condition is not life-threatening.
A spokesman said: “It is believed the man was attacked in a bar in Mare Street shortly before police were called. Enquiries continue.”

Two men have been arrested in connection to the incident and are currently being held in a North London Police station.
