A pickled bull and cockerel should make a conversation piece for diners, as the centrepiece of a new Shoreditch restaurant.
Brit artist Damien Hirst - famous for preserving animals in formaldehyde – created the artwork “Cock and Bull,” which is displayed in a massive translucent box above the guests at Mark Hix’s latest restaurant Tramshed.
The celebrated chef and food writer set up the eaterie in a famous tramshed building in Garden Walk which was built in 1905.
