Daniel Gabbidon to be rested ahead of Tottenham game
The Welshman has been out for two weeks after tweaking his hamstring, making his return to the starting XI in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Stoke.
Gabbidon has had a history of hamstring injuries and revealed on his twitter page that he won’t be travelling up with the rest of the squad.
“Not travelling with the squad tomorrow. Gonna have to find a new left back for tomorrow night,” he said.
“Being rested before Saturday was out for 2 weeks so 3 games in a week probably isn’t wise! lucky we have lot of defenders.”
