The Round Chapel was packed to the rafters last Friday, as every child from Gayhurst Community School shone at the winter concert.
Every child from the school in Gayhurst Road, London played a part in the performance in Lower Clapton, which saw 300 children from nursery, reception, year 1 and 2 performed the Nativity.
The older children performed dances, African drumming pieces and solo singing performances, wowing the audience.
Proud executive headteacher Louise Nichols said “The winter concert is one of my favourite Gayhurst events - with a cast of over 550 children, a staff of 100 and an enormous audience, it is no small feat at this point in the year, but miraculously the performance was a triumph.”
