BSix students sung their hearts out for the smash-hit Guys and Dolls in the first ever musical production at the college.
Set in New York in the mid-20th century the show is populated with gangsters, gamblers and showgirls, and the musical scores includes ‘Luck Be a Lady’ and ‘Sit Down You’re Rocking The Boat’.
Principal at the further education college in Kenninghall Road, Ken Warman, said it was fantastic to see the college community came together to make the spectacle happen, with both staff and students volunteering to help with costumes, set and stage management.
“It really is indicative of the ethos and growing success of BSix,” he said.
Triona O’Neil, the musical director at BSix said it was inspiring to work with the young adults and wonderful to see them grow in confidence and skill.
