Youngsters at Our Lady and St Josephs primary school in De Beauvoir’s Buckingham Road were mesmerised by a spectacular Chinese dancing display on Tuesday.
The performers are from the Wan Quan School of 10,000 Fountains in the Beijing district of Haidan, which is linked with Hackney in a World City Link partnership.
Headteacher Sean Flood, said he was pleased to welcome the visitors: “This has been a marvellous display of dancing and very uplifting for the school.
“Global links are extremely important to our school and we are happy our choir could perform for them.”
