Michelin starred chef Tom Aikens showed youngsters how to make healthy snacks and cut back on sugar.
The head chef of the Tom’s Kitchen restaurants is supporting the Change4Life campaign to encourage children to learn about the amount of sugar in everyday food and drinks.
Tom, who took part in a special lesson with pupils at Stamford Hill Primary School, Berkeley Road, said: “Reducing sugar consumption is something I’m really passionate about.
“I think it’s incredibly important to not only highlight the harms of eating too much sugar, but also show children low sugar options that they’ll really enjoy.”
