Five people taken to hospital after Homerton bus crash

Two children and three adults have been taken to hospital after two buses crashed in Homerton last night, medics said.

A police spokesman said officers arrived at the scene of the accident, at the junction of Kenton Road and Cassland Road, along with firefighters and paramedics shortly after 7:30pm yesterday (Thursday).

The London Ambulance Service sent three ambulance crews staff treated five people who were taken to hospital.

Police said “a number of people” had sustained minor injuries.
