Lawyers and caseworkers from Hackney Community Law Centre (HCLC) will be among those marching through the capital on Monday (May 21) to raise money for organisations which, like them, provide free legal advice.
The London Legal Walk will see more than 5,000 people set off from the Royal Courts of Justice at 5.30pm and the 10km route will take them past several legal landmarks.
The annual event was organised by the London Legal Support Trust charity, and is likely to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds to help provide support for people who need legal advice but can’t afford to pay for it.
