A TV drama about gangs in Hackney has been nominated for a BAFTA Television Award.
Channel 4’s Top Boy, written by Victoria Park resident Ronan Bennett is up for the Mini Series award.
Appropriate Adult, The Crimson Petal And The White and This Is England ‘88 are the three other contenders.
The winners will be announced during a star-studded ceremony on Sunday May 27.
