Hackney police have made the most stop and search arrests in London over the last year.
But the most is just 25.1 per cent of people targeted by the controversial tactic.
The borough’s police were nowhere near the top for the number of stop and searches overall, with 3,693 the 14th highest number across the Met.
Almost 60pc of those were for anti-social behaviour and 23pc were for weapon searches.
The most targeted group were black men aged 20 to 24.
