Hackney police appeal to find dementia sufferer John Kennedy, 74

Police are appealing for help to find an elderly man with dementia who has been missing from his Hackney home for two days.

John Kennedy, 74, left his home in Albion Road, Stoke Newington on Friday May 6 and was last seen waiting nearby at a bus stop at 4pm that day.

It is not known if he caught a bus.

Mr Kennedy, who is Irish, is described as white, with combed over grey hair, and was wearing a grey blazer, grey suit trousers, a white shirt and black shoes when he was last seen.

He walks with a crutch which he carries in his right hand.

Police have said Mr Kennedy has dementia so may appear confused.

He has previously gone missing and was found in the Camden and Islington areas.

Anyone who has seen Mr Kennedy is asked to call police on 020 7275 3057 or via 101 quoting reference 16MIS018801.
