Hackney’s hospice is asking for donations for summer fete

PUBLISHED: 14:38 28 May 2012

With just a few weeks to go, St Joseph’s Hospice is appealing donations for the summer fête.

Clothes, books, vinyl, bric a brac, CDs, DVDs, books, jewellery and toys are all needed for the event on Saturday June 16.

“The Summer Fete is always a brilliant day, but we need the public to help us raise as much as possible by donating things they no longer want or need that others would still want,” said community fundraiser Anita Brien.

Donations are accepted at the hospice in Mare Street or call 020 8525 6070 or email a.brien@stjh.org.uk for more information.
