An online community supporting people who are feeling down has been rolled out in Hackney.
The NHS’ digital service Big White Wall allows anyone experiencing mental health problems to log in anonymously and speak to trained counsellors who are available around the clock.
Self-help courses are also accessible online, meaning anyone who is struggling can get support at a time that suits them from the comfort of their own home.
The service launched seven years ago and is already available to almost a third of the UK’s adult population.
To join in residents can visit www.bigwhitewall.com and enter their Hackney postcode.
