Women can get advice on sexual health from a wide range of experts in Dalston in the run-up to International Women’s Day.

They will be able to get advice on topics ranging from sexual health, contraception, domestic violence and female genital mutilation at an exhibition being held in the Kingsland Shopping Centre, Dalston from March 3.

The will also hand out condoms to under 25-year-olds.

David Wright, outreach Worker at Homerton Sexual Health Services (HSHS) said: “We want the exhibition to be a celebration of women and to provide advice and support to those who come to talk to us.

“We are also inviting women to take part in a study which HSHS is running on behalf of Imperial College London to identify medical conditions that may cause particular problems to individuals receiving care for HIV infection who are over the age of 50. Results from this study may inform future HIV treatment guidelines on how we monitor individuals with HIV infection. The results may also assist in the design of future studies for the treatment of diseases associated with ageing.”
