Teachers and pupils at Woodberry Downs Primary School took part in an action-packed day of activities to mark Red Nose Day on Friday last week (March 13).

Children at the Finsbury Park school, in Woodberry Grove, nominated teachers to take part in a “jelly welly” race - where the staff had to fill wellies up with the gooey substance and waddle towards the finish line.

Uniforms were also cast aside for the brightest, reddest outfits and matching red noses to recognise the Comic Relief fundraising effort.
