WeWork, which has 90,000 members worldwide, will provide space for 800 members and play host to regular events and programmes for entrepreneurs, start-ups and freelancers.

Managing director Joe Gaunt said: “We couldn’t be more excited to open our first Hackney location. The neighbourhood is at the centre of the creative economy in London and we can’t wait to see what our newest members will produce at London Fields.”
