Lower Clapton Road stabbing: Man in 50s in hospital after being knifed

A man in his 50s was stabbed in Lower Clapton Road last night.

Police were called to the scene just after 9pm and the victim was taken to hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening.

The road was closed for hours while police investigated and reopened after 2am. No arrests have been made.
