Man charged with racially aggravated harassment in Hackney

A man has been charged with a racially aggravated harassment.

John McConville, of Waterloo Road, Leyton was arrested on Saturday for the offence which took place in Hackney Central on January 16.

He appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday (February 10) and entered a not guilty plea.

He is on conditional bail until May 13, when he will appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court.
