A man is fighting for his life after collapsing in the street while chasing a bike thief.
A man is fighting for his life after collapsing in the street while chasing a bike thief.
Police found the man in his 40s lying in the street after being called to Wick Lane at 7.30am on Saturday.
He was taken to an east London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Police believe the man may have been chasing a suspected bike thief before collapsing.

Enquiries continue. There have been no arrests.
