Man in hospital after being hit by car in Stoke Newington

A pedestrian has been hit by a car in Stoke Newington.

Police and crews from private ambulance firm Hatzola were called to Heathland Road at about 3.30pm.

The man has been taken to hospital.

The road has been closed off while police investigate.
