Air ambulance called to emergency
A MAN is recovering in hospital after he was hit by a car in Stoke Newington.
The man, aged 28, was hit on Rectory Road at the junction of Brooke Road at around 1.30am on Saturday March 5.
Ambulance crews, including the air ambulance, raced to the scene and sedated the man before taking him to the Royal London Hospital where he is currently in a critical but stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
