A woman who went missing on Sunday has now been found by police.
Officers had said they were “extremely concerned” after Theresa Allie, who has the mental age of an 11-year-old and needs daily medication, disappeared after becoming separated from her family following a church service in Peckham on January 8.
It was believed the 33-year-old could be in Hackney, because she used to live in the borough, but she was found in the Elephant and Castle area earlier today (Wednesday).
Police thanked the media for publicising the case.
