Missing vulnerable man believed to be in Hackney

Officers from Hackney are appealing for the public’s help to find a vulnerable missing man.
Although 27-year-old Vincent O’Connor has been in contact by telephone, officers are keen to know his whereabouts and to ensure that he is safe and well.
Vincent is a white man, 6ft 3ins tall and of slim build, and he is believed to be in Hackney.
Anyone who sees Vincent should dial 999 without approaching him.
Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts should contact Hackney missing persons unit on 0207 275 3057 or by dialling 101.
